MISSION

The mission of Operation H.O.P.E. is to educate, motivate, direct and inspire dysfunctional families to become functional in society. Drugs and inner-city crime seem to afflict many low-income dropouts living here in our community. We believe that the root of the problem lies deeper than the drugs alone.
